This is how working with the tool should look
From measuring at the customer’s site, through the quote and a preview on a photo of the terrace, to an offer with a link. The film has no sound.
What the film shows. The target shape of the tool, not the scope of version 1.0. The terrace photo with the product (AI), load-capacity calculations and online payment are still in preparation; the 1.0 scope is in the table below. The screens are mock-ups with sample data, and the people and scenery were generated by AI. The captions in the film are in English, and the film uses the working name ARC-ONE for the tool.

Software for selling pergolas, patio roofs and winter gardens
It works in the browser, on the phone and on a Windows computer. The salesperson calculates the price, sends the offer and sees which customer needs a reminder today.

You choose the product and dimensions. The price is calculated from your company’s price list, without Excel and without retyping.
Offer
A ready offer with your company logo, as a PDF file and as a link to send to the customer.
Customer portal
The customer gets one link to their offer and a 3D preview. No searching for emails or attachments.
Customer relations
A card for every customer: history of conversations and offers, and reminders to get in touch.

Payments for the tool itself are switched off in the pilot: the pilot is free and without invoices.

Who is ARCOVIA ONE for?
For companies that sell and install pergolas, patio roofs and winter gardens, have their own price list and talk to customers with 1 to a few people. For now it is not an offer for manufacturers and system suppliers, or for shops selling components.
How much does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The pilot lasts 30–60 days, with no card and no invoices. We have not set the price after the pilot yet: one purpose of the pilot is to set it together with the participants.
Do I need to install anything on a server?
No. We set up the installation. You open a link or install the app on your phone or computer.
What about my customers’ data?
It is yours: you are the controller, and we process it under a data processing agreement. Each company’s data is in a separate installation. The details will be set out in the agreement signed before the pilot starts.
Are there AI photos and load-capacity calculations?
In version 1.0, AI photos work only for ARCOVIA products and only in an internal test. Load-capacity calculation is a separate module whose methodology we are still defining. The film shows the target shape of the tool, not the scope of version 1.0.
Who is behind ARCOVIA ONE?
